The cottages are owned by Trenance Cottages Newquay, a registered charity (1134308) who were established in 2009.
Over the years, the charity has lovingly restored, and managed the cottages for the benefit of the community. A piece of Newquay's past is now preserved and protected for years to come, thanks to the hardworking voluntary trustees and our army of volunteers, who all strive to ensure the Cottages are 'kept alive' and continue to provide a resource for the local community and visitors to enjoy.
As a charity, Trenance Cottages Newquay strive to promote the preservation, protection and improvement of the Cottages and to advance the education of the public with regards to the heritage of the area and the arts.
